Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
